ANNUAL AUCTION FUNDRAISER

APRIL 8, 2017

The We Are Family Relay for Life Team of Greene County Arkansas annual auction will be held in the B.C. Lloyd Building, Greene County Fairgrounds in Paragould, Arkansas located at 1108 Highway 49B Paragould, Arkansas.  The auction will be held Saturday April 8, 2017 starting at 5:30 PM. Items Collected for the auction will be posted on this webpage as we get the information available.  Review of auction items will be Saturday, April 9 starting at 12:30.

Last year We are Family Relay for Life Team of Greene County Arkansas had a very successful year with our fundraisers.  The success of our team is a direct result of the people who donate items for our fundraisers and supporters like you that attend our events.  We thank you for your past support and need your continuing support this year. 

Our goal for this year’s relay is $10,000.00.  The major fundraiser for our team is our annual auction.  The auction will be held Saturday April 8, 2016 starting at 5:30 pm. in the B.C. Lloyd Building at the Greene County, Arkansas Fairgrounds.  The Fairgrounds are located at 1108 Highway 49B Paragould, Arkansas.  Mr. Rodney McClelland (Arkansas License # AALB1220) of A-One Auction has agreed to donate his time and will be the auctioneer.  You may preview the items Saturday starting at 12:30 PM.  Starting at 4:00 PM we will open or food service and serve pulled pork sandwiches, hamburgers, hotdogs, polish sausage, meat or cheese nachos and homemade desserts.  Coleslaw will also be available as a condiment for the pulled pork sandwiches.  Beverages will be served to include bottled water, coffee and iced tea.

We have collected a large number of items for the auction and more items are coming in every day.  A partial list of items to be auctioned is included on the reverse of this letter.  Other items will be added before the auction.  You may also go to http://relayauction.blogspot.com for photos and a more complete list of items. 

           

Many who attended the auction last year also donated items.  Your support was greatly appreciated. If you have items you would like to donate  for the auction, you may contact  Sandra Gates 870-565-5846 or boogie@grnco.net and Peggy Reinhart, 870-565-5792 or peggyreinhart@yahoo.com to arrange delivery or pick-up of items.

The entertainment will start at 2:00 PM.   The group called Rebound will perform for us.   We may have other entertainers join us so come out after 12:30 PM; preview the items for the auction; and stay to listen to the music. 

All profits  from the events will go to the Greene County Relay for Life as part of the We Are Family Relay for Life Team fundraising events.  We appreciate your support in past years and hope you can attend again this year.  Join us for good food; a fun filled day; and a fantastic auction.  You will be glad you did!
